The heartbeat of Mission Clubs is a dedicated team of local leaders, farmers, and mentors who call Panama home. We believe in the power of the local church and the local community, which is why we take great pride in employing our brothers and sisters in-country to lead the farm and the Clubs.

This team doesn’t just work together. They pray together, love Jesus deeply, and pour their lives into the students we serve.

100% of paid positions are based in Panama.

To ensure every seed sown into this ministry bears the most fruit, every paid role is located on the ground in Panama, supporting the local economy and the mission directly.

Here in the U.S., Mission Clubs is fueled by a passionate board, giving family, and volunteers who give their time, talent, and treasure as a labor of love. We are a family united across borders with a shared commitment to advance the Gospel.
