Come and See Firsthand What God is Doing in Panama
Step into the story. Experience the joy, the relationships, and the work happening on the ground.
This isn’t just a trip. It’s a shift in perspective.
You’ll spend your days inside the Mission Club playing with children, sharing meals, and building real relationships.
Not observing. Participating.
Not watching from a distance.
Showing up with presence and love.
Panama changes the way you see things.
The beauty is undeniable. Lush, emerald mountain views and a culture that welcomes you at every turn.
But it’s more than what you see.
Life here is simple, present, and deeply connected.
And once you’ve experienced it, you won’t see the world the same way again.
A “normal” day here is simple: You become part of the Club.
Playing card games. Reading books. Doing crafts. Jumping into a soccer match. Serving lunch. Sharing laughter. Being fully present.
And somewhere in the middle of it all, you witness something powerful: the joy of a child who knows they are seen, known, and loved.
We’ve made it easy to show up.
So you can focus on what matters most.
All Ages Welcome — from the very young to the seasoned in years
Travel Handled — guided every step from arrival to return
No Language Barriers — translators are with you throughout
Comfortable Lodging & Meals — so you can rest and serve well
Safe, Structured Experience — so you can show up fully, without distraction
And once you’re there, something begins to shift.
For those who want to go deeper, you may have the opportunity to visit families in their homes by offering food, prayer, and presence in communities facing real hardship.
It’s a chance to see beyond the Club…and into the lives being impacted.
Your role is simple: love the kids.
Play games. Read books. Laugh. Show up.
That’s where the impact happens.
And somewhere along the way…you’ll feel it too.
This is happening every day.
Mission Clubs aren’t one-time events. They’re built on consistency, relationships, and presence.
Week after week, children show up to a place where they are known, valued, and loved.
And over time, that changes everything.
This is where faith becomes real.
Not something you hear about. Something you live.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
This is for you if:
You want to serve, not just observe
You’re open, not perfect
You’re willing to show up

Mission Trip FAQs
From safety and travel to passports and packing, here’s what to know before you go.
Questions are part of saying yes. Here are the details families and first-time travelers often want to know before joining us in Panama.
-
Absolutely! We love seeing families serve together. We’re all about kids serving kids. Imagine watching your child be transformed through a life-changing experience. Because we prioritize safety, comfortable transportation, and nice hotels, this is the perfect "first-time" mission experience for children and teens.
-
Safety is our highest priority. We use private ground transportation for all travel within Panama and stay in vetted, quality hotels. Our team is with you from the moment we meet in Jacksonville until we return you home.
-
We make it seamless. We typically meet in Jacksonville to board a bus to Orlando (MCO), then fly COPA Airlines to David (DAV) with one connection in Panama City. Once in Panama, we travel together via private ground transportation through the stunning mountain landscapes.
Because we prioritize your comfort, we work closely with our local partners to provide fresh, high-quality meals. Most meals are included in your fee, and we are happy to coordinate with our team to accommodate specific needs so you can stay healthy and energized for service. -
We host multiple trips throughout the year, generally in July and December, with the hope of adding a Spring Break trip soon. Visit our Mission Trips page for current trip details and upcoming opportunities.
-
To keep the experience personal and impactful, our teams are typically small enough to feel like a familia (family) but large enough to tackle meaningful projects at the Club and Farm. We limit the number of missionaries to 24 people per trip.
-
Don't let the language barrier stop you! We have dedicated translators with our group at all times to ensure you can communicate, pray with families, and bond with the children effortlessly. You’ll also find that language is not a barrier - you can play an “Uno” card game, shoot some hoops, do a craft, and give hugs without using words. There’s truth to the idea, "Preach the gospel at all times and when necessary, use words."
-
You are welcome here. We believe that serving the "least of these" is one of the most powerful ways to experience the character of God. Whether you are a lifelong believer or just starting to ask questions, come with an open heart. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart... He will make your paths paths." (Proverbs 3:5)
-
Your primary "work" is loving the kids and building relationships. You will play with the kids, assist staff with programs, and participate in family prayer visits. Depending on the trip, we may also tackle light construction or painting projects to keep our Clubs beautiful for the kids.
If you’re not “handy,” the "good works" God has prepared for us often involve painting, organizing, or simply being a set of extra hands for the local staff. We find a place for every skill set and every age. -
As a U.S. citizen, you’ll need a passport that is valid for at least three months beyond your return date. We recommend applying for a passport or checking your expiration date as soon as you feel the call to join us.
We provide every traveler with a packing list and devotion book to prepare. Practically, you’ll want comfortable clothes and tennis shoes for playing with kids and light construction, as well as something slightly nicer for our Youth Church and final dinner. A detailed packing list is provided once you secure your spot. -
While our days are full of purpose, from morning devotions to evening debriefs, we build in time for rest. The schedule is "set in Jell-o," allowing us to be flexible to the Spirit’s lead and the needs of the team.
-
Your $650 fee is a direct investment in the experience. It covers four nights of hotel stays, ground transportation, breakfast, lunch, and tips for our hardworking local drivers. By handling these costs upfront, we ensure that once you land in Panama, your only focus is the mission. You’ll also be responsible for the cost of your flight and a few meals as we travel.
Come and see for yourself.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
— Matthew 28:19
