One Trip. Two Hearts. A New Mission.
“The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.”
— Proverbs 16:9
Our Story
Paul and Tracey Martinez shared a hunger for a deeper walk with the Lord. They found their spiritual home at the Church of Eleven22, a converted Walmart in Jacksonville filled with the Holy Spirit. It was there they learned what it truly meant to be discípulos (disciples): to open their hearts and minds and follow the Shepherd wherever He led.
The Church of Eleven22 challenges every member to go. Within three years of joining, members are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones and onto the mission field. Tracey, always faithful to the call, made sure Paul was aligned, and soon they were on a plane to Panama.
Paul and Tracey thought they were going for a week of service.
They didn’t know they were about to encounter their calling.
Among the vibrant colors, lush mountain landscapes, and warm smiles of the Panamanian people, the Holy Spirit moved. In the rural town of Caisán, they encountered deep poverty, with families living in makeshift homes and surviving on meager wages from farm labor.

First Mission Trip
to Panama
During the trip, they met six-year-old Alex and his uncle Evaristo, who were facing unimaginable hardship after a tragic accident left Evaristo unable to work. Paul and Tracey didn’t just see a need. They saw the “good works” God had prepared for them long ago.
That one trip shattered their plans and replaced them with the Lord’s.
They returned to Jacksonville changed, carrying a burning fuego (fire) to begin Mission Clubs.
Their faith quickly moved into action. With Paul serving as Executive Director of the Northeast Florida Boys & Girls Club and Tracey leading as a VP of Sales for a global software company, they possessed the operational experience to build something meaningful. They felt called to take the proven Boys & Girls Club model and infuse it with ministry.

Mission Clubs
Caisán Opens
In an act of radical obediencia (obedience), they stepped away from the familiar to help establish the first Boys & Girls Club model outside the United States, adding the most vital component: the Gospel.
At Mission Clubs, the physical and educational needs of children are met with excellence, but the focus remains on the soul: creating spaces where worship, Bible teaching, discipleship, and bautismo (baptism) become the heartbeat of the mission.
Today, Paul and Tracey continue living out the Great Commission by expanding Mission Clubs across Panama.
Their vision is not simply to build centers, but to ignite a spiritual awakening.
From Caisán to Volcán and beyond, they continue walking forward in faith, trusting that as they advance the Gospel, God will continue opening doors for lasting impact. Clubs across Panama.
